Description

The Ickle Bubba Venus Prime Double Stroller is perfect for everyday adventures with two little ones. 

With the Venus Double Stroller, each seat is suitable from birth. The additional Newborn Cocoon creates a cosy space for a newborn baby and can be used in the forward and rearward-facing position. Add an extra Cocoon (sold separately) to create a cosy space for newborn twins. Cocoons are suitable from birth – 9kg (6 months, approx.*)

Each seat can be adjusted independently to keep both children comfy and will last them until they reach 15kg (approx. 3 years old*). The stroller includes two large, quilted seats with multi-recline backrests and adjustable leg rests, so one child can be laid down while the other sits up. The two gate opening bumper bars makes it easy to place your children in the stroller and lift them out. Each seat has a roll up ventilation panel to keep them cool in warm weather while the additional footwarmers are ideal for colder months.

This compact stroller weighs an impressive 13.4kg and is packed full of enhanced features designed to make parenting easier. Its extra-large shopping basket is great for storing all those essentials, while 360 degree swivel front wheels and front and rear suspension means that it can handle bumpy terrains.

1. Can I take it apart to make it a single pram?

No , the Venus Double is built as a dual stroller, so it does not convert into a single pram. Both seats are integral to the design.

2. Does the backrest go fully upright?

The backrest does have an upright position but doesn't sit at a 90 degree angle.

3. Up to what weight or age is it suitable?

Each seat is suitable from birth – 15kg (approximately 3 years old*). *Age is given as a guide only. Always refer to the child’s weight for suitability.

4. What are the folded dimensions?

When folded, the Venus Double measures approximately W 76.5 cm × D 73 cm × H 40.5 cm.

5. Do both seats recline independently?

Yes, each seat has its own recline and leg rest adjustment, so one child can rest while the other sits up. Check out our How to video (link recline video) for guidance.

6. Can the seats face each other (tandem vs. facing)?

No, the seats are forward-facing and side-by-side. They do not face each other or the parent. If you’re looking for a double option, our Virgo Travel System (link to Virgo) is the perfect choice.

7. Is a carrycot or cocoon included or compatible?

One Newborn Cocoon is included in the Prime bundle and is also available to purchase separately. The stroller seat lies flat, so it can be used from birth with or without the cocoon.
