All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

You will receive an email when your item has been scheduled for dispatch.

We deliver via courier services their delivery days are Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5 PM. If you provide an email address and mobile telephone number, the courier will send you an email/text message with a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of arrival.

Please note, if items are below £50.00 in value, deliveries may be posted by Royal Mail.

The couriers will leave a card if you were not available to take delivery. The card will contain a telephone number for you to call to re-arrange delivery directly with the courier.

Alternatively, you can reply to the email/text message to arrange a different date.

We can deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

We will also deliver into Europe for an additional delivery charge. 

All charges and duties will be covered as part of your order and shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
