Terms and Conditions – Stomp Stride Review Giveaway
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Ickle Bubba Limited (the promoter), Atlantic House, Atlantic Close, Swansea Enterprise Park, Swansea, Wales, SA7 9FJ.
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK MAINLAND (England, Scotland & Wales) only. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid email address.
The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
- Employees of Ickle Bubba Ltd,
- immediate family members, and
- associated companies.
Ickle Bubba assumes that by submitted a review you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
Entries can be made via the link in email received directly from Ickle Bubba for the Stomp Stride.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The giveaway opens on 19th July and closes on 26th July 2024.
PRIZE
There are 15 prizes available consisting of Pram Muffs, to the value of £24.
Pram Hand Muff will be supplied in grey.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
There is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value unless there are circumstances beyond our control.
Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.
The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Prizes are gifted on a first come first served basis. After 10 reviews have been received no prizes will be provided.
The prizes will automatically be sent to the address of your last order via icklebubba.com.
The prizes will be dispatch within a week of entrants submitted a review.
All reviews must be validated by the review monitoring team to be eligible for the giveaway.
Ickle Bubba reserves the right to refuse delivery of a prize in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that the entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
By entering the competition, you are agreeing for your details to be entered into the Ickle Bubba database for marketing purposes – we do NOT sell any data onto 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.
Ickle Bubba reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
The decisions of Ickle Bubba are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used for contacting you as per our Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts.
Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter (Ickle Bubba) will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions and as such as has opted in to future marketing from Ickle Bubba. You can unsubscribe at any time, via the “Unsubscribe” link on our Marketing material or by e-mailing marketing@icklebubba.com explicitly requesting to be unsubscribed – this request will be actioned within 30 days of your request. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners’ consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.
